Calcium Lignosulfonate is a multi-component polymer anionic surfactant, the appearance of light yellow to dark brown powder, slightly aromatic smell, molecular weight is generally between 800 ~ 10000, has a strong dispersion, bonding, chelation.Calcium Lignosulphonate can work well with other chemicals and produce early strength agent, slow setting agent, antifreeze and pumping agent.can contain up to 30% reducing sugar. The pH value of 1% aqueous solution is about 4 ~ 6.Spray drying of waste cooking liquid, usually from acid pulping or sulfite pulping. Soluble in water, but insoluble in any common organic solvent.

Application
Calcium lignosulfonate can be used for refining auxiliaries, casting, pesticide wettable powder processing, briquette suppression, mining, mineral dressing agent, road, soil, dust control, leather tanning packing, carbon black granulation and so on.
1 water-reducing agent
a. prefabricated or fresh concrete construction.

2.Adhesive
a. Calcium lignosulphonate is used as mineral powder adhesive to improve recovery rate in refinery process.
b. Calcium lignosulphonate is an excellent adhesive for fireproof products. It can improve the products' strength and prevent cracks.
c. Calcium lignosulphonate reduces the viscosity of clay and improves the product yields in the ceramic fabrication.
d. If is added with phenol type additives in electrolysis, purer precipitates is formed.
3.Additive of coal water slurry
If you add Calcium Lignosulphonate in the process of producing coal water slurry, it can increase the output of the mill, maintain the normalization of the system, reduce the power consumption, and improve the thickness of coal water slurry. In the process of gasification, calcium lignosulphonate also can reduce oxygen and coal consumption, improve the efficiency of cooled coal gas and reduce the viscosity of coal water slurry to a certain extent so as to make it advantageous to reserve and transport.
